[MBZ] 116 300SD Axle
Sorry if you've seen this before. I sent it yesterdayand thought it might have slipped off into the either when it seemed the list might have been down for awhile. It looks like my new to me 1980 300SD needs a new right side axle. By the looks of the boots someone has been here before. Is the consensus still to look for a decent used set because rebuilds don't hold up? What vehicles would make suitable donors? Could I swap in the whole rear section of a later 126? Bob DuPuy
