knife that everyone abused. (Filipinos and Samoans) in spite of all
the abuse, it held an edge really well. It handles well too.
One day it was in a spiral mixer when someone turned the mixer on.

The one and only ceramic knife I have used (a paring knife) was a
lot sharper than most steel knives I encounter. But my knifes are
typically sharper than that ceramic knife was. And the blade was
