which has some awful aftermarket type that use rubber bands instead of
tires.
I have some experience with that kind of project... The outtake was I
discovered there are a number of different length wheel bolts for Mercedes
/ wheels.
The good news is: I found them in good supply on Ebay, rather cheap.
Tip: Tak e the stock wheel and with it off the car, insert a lug bolt,
Bend a length of stiff wire with a short "L" on the end. With the wheel
mounted, remove one bolt, insert the "L" end of the wire, and feel where it
goes through the drum. Mark the outside to measure the length. Compare that
to the bolt - I'd want the bolts to be a little (1mm ?) shorter than the

swap the 15 for the 8 but the car made a grinding noise. Turns out that the lug
