When it comes to accidents, bigger and heavier is better. I put my wife in a
1998 S500. Might be more in the $7000 range, however. Stability control (ESP)
was an option starting that year and is desirable.

The accumulators needed replaced and there is an intermittent issue where the
trunk wants to stick out the lifting handle when I start the car. It does not
