Gary, It's been that way for years, I used the train from Dallas-Philly in '62 and it was a joke then. From Dallas-Chicago it was the Santa Fe then and, other than a derailment (Not fun, as we waited many hours to get on our way again), the Santa Fe was clean, etc., but Chicago-Philly was the old Pennsy and everyone knows the joke this was. It was Dec. 22 as I recall and there was no heat on the train from Chicago-Philly.
