I put a lifetime alternator in my other E300 and it lasted about six or seven
years I think, 1st free replacement installed now.

Lifetime warranty, and the pictures at Rockauto said Made in UK and Bosch on
the regulator.
I got a Made in China with no Bosch markings on it, in a nice Remy box.
But the price was right, and it's working fine so far, and
