Hmm, does Paypal's Terms of Service of the week make you financially
responsible to paypal if the buyer pays with stolen funds?
I'd be inclined to either check with the sellers who previously gave
feedback, or just send the camera out and make sure you clean out
your paypal account and the bank
I put in my auctions that I refuse to ship to PayPal buyers with
unverified addresses. Like refusing to take personal checks, it is
another way to reduce the number of flakes and deadbeats.

There is no way to guarantee you will keep the money if paid by PayPal
or a credit card. There are a number of mechanisms in place to protect
the consumer against fraud which can be abused. Proof of delivery will
not help if someone wants to rip you off. Even if PayPal enforces the

favor of the consumer and the merchant is left to recover money
through the court system. A dishonest merchant will just send a
defective item or a brick. A dishonest customer will return an item
