Well i don't have a PhD in botany but I do have a certificate in compost
from cornell university. In that class they said not to do cat litter
because most home bins don't reach a high enough temperature. But I guess
if you didn't use it on food crops it might be ok.

were house-bound cats, however. I would NOT have done the same had
