The indicators I bought 15 years ago are repeatable to .0001 or so.
The micro-adjust base isn't as solid as I might wish for, I'd get the one

Interestingly enough, the wife's Mazda 6 makes some gawdawful noises
in th RF suspension, much like bad ball joints. Took the car to my
Indy and was told they were as tight as new, and that there must be
some crud inside.
