Got it. That looks like a connector that’s important. I would get under there and see if you can tell where it might have been plugged in. If you don’t see anything, just tie it up out of the way as you’ve done and move on. The rubber spring covers are a PITA and I’m not sure exactly why they

Saw this today: I’m thinking it is there if someone wants to install that spare tire holder contraption. I didn’t see anything it obviously plugged into so I simply zip tied it up out of the way. While under there I noticed this: Is that just some type of coating on the bottom of the slings
