I just signed up for (another) free account for EPC; it had a free (for NA passenger cars only) option, although it did want your mailing address and it DID verify it against your CC. (It barked because I used a CC billed to my old address with my new address...) -- John W Reames

Walt, Make sure you are logging into the EPCnet page. There are additional places to log in on the site for other services like the WIS. These are quite expensive and have different accounts. Try this link: https://epc.startekinfo.com/epc/login.jsp I was just on the EPC last night, and this

Hey all, Just tried to login to the EPC, and it's saying my username can't be found. Oddly enough, I can reset my password, and it has all the correct info for that. When I tried renewing the subscription, it said Subscription Renewal is not allowed. My subscription is set to run out on 06/21/11
