with Kilz or Zinsser Bulls-Eye.
Then never allow pets again. Write into the next lease a $10K penalty
and immediate lease termination if you catch them
That is a thought. These people paid about a $800 pet fee which was non
refundable anyway, but it did not cover the expense of carpet.
Tomorrow I have to tear up the subfloor tomorrow and get that replaced
and we are probably going to go back in with those peel and stick vinyl
tiles. They

warmed, we had bought it in the dead of winter. What wood wasn't easy to
replace was bleached,
then painted with
Jewish lightning.
Too drastic?

Yep, we had to give them a 24 hour notice and they were somehow amazing at
hiding all this crap. I spent a few hours over there a while back replacing an
oven and didn’t smell anything.

There is this stuff Nature's Remedy that is pretty good at cleaning up
smells. You can get a big jug at pet stores. Or try some hydrogen peroxide

connected to central heat and air and had carpet. Renters took it upon
themselves to rip out the carpet. I found out why. It smells like a dog kennel
in there. It is so bad it is causing the rest of the house to stink.
