Are you saying you just replace the o rings on the end of all the plastic lines? If so where do you get the proper ones? I always replace all the clear lines while I am there. It's cheap. Also replace all of the delivery valve seals and inspect and replace any questionable vacuum lines also.

I think the worst part will be getting the RTV out of the intake manifold holes. If you pull the intake manifold to do that, replace all the o-rings in the fuel system connections between the IP and the fuel filter holder "while you are there" so none of that will be an issue for another 100k
