Are you saying you just replace the o rings on the end of all the plastic lines? If so where do you get the proper ones? I always replace all the clear lines while I am there. It's cheap. Also replace all of the delivery valve seals and inspect and replace any questionable vacuum lines also.

I think the worst part will be getting the RTV out of the intake manifold holes. If you pull the intake manifold to do that, replace all the o-rings in the fuel system connections between the IP and the fuel filter holder "while you are there" so none of that will be an issue for another 100k

That would be great, Max. Most of the breather tubes between the cylinders on the intake are still there, just plugged with rubber caps. I’ll probably have to replace maybe 25% of the piping from what I can see. The part I wasn’t sure about is how they’re collected and routed to the flying
