I have noticed that the Japanese car's visors tend to last much longer than
Mercedes. I would be tempted to retro-fit a pair, but that may look a
little ghetto without putting a some work into it. Take one example from
your car, walk around LKQ to see what might work, you might get lucky.
I have messed with these on my 123
Shaft seems to be attached to internal grip.

That has to be infuriating. I would remove them and see if there's a way
to disassemble them. Chances are they are sealed for life and you may have
to purchase used replacements.

friction thing inside is loose or only works on part of the rotation on the
metal arm . Is it possible to get visors apart or are they sorta sealed for
life? Need new ones?
