I don't necessarily like HOA's, but I was thinking of a similar strategy to

What really sucks is the situation where you live in a
rural area so you can have stuff laying around in the
back 40, and the area around you gets developed
This happens to someone in the mog world about every 8 months or so.
The HOA starts bitching and trying to kick the mog out with existing
rules like no dualie trucks (mogs have singles) no commercial
vehicles (its not) no vehicles with GVW over 10k (its around 6-8k,
less than the BIG SUVs parked
