depends on what you're looking for,... note that there are multiple Hella H4 models; apparently the difference between them is significant enough that the 'better' ones sell for about that same price but don't include bulbs. you might want to look into what the difference is, and why.

USDOT sealed beam lights are 100% pin-compatible with H4. It's the later, bulb cartridge HB2/9003 that are the crappy plastic things. I have some 7 Hellas I bought for the Chicken Wagon, but I've so far never gone there. I _was_ going to put them on the 300CD instead, but that got sold. For

I think Euros were all H4 bulbs, only the DOT headlamps were not. That said, people in other parts of the world used to buy US DOT headlamp assemblies for the W108/109 chassis cars since the Euro spec were single bulb and the US spec was dual bult -- even with crappy Halogen sealed beam
