Well, since you asked, suffering from a cold (which I getr just before
Christmas every other year), watching wife and daughter make pies, pre-make
the turkey stuffing, etc. Daughter will head to the airport to pick up her

1/4 oz dried polish mushrooms(bolete)
4 1# packages white mushrooms
1 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 pints heavy cream
1 quart half half
Salt Pepper to taste
Bring vinegar, water, and dried mushrooms to near boil.
Slice white mushrooms, add and simmer till
