Something is making metal to metal contact, relative to engine speed, so it
is a moving internal part, and sounds deadly, engine life wise.
Timing chain? or is this year not in that era?
In any case, trailer it to wherever you work on it.. and look for metal in
the oil and filter, whatever you
needs engine work is all, Everything else is great. It’s either a miss,
stuck lifter, or needs timing adjustment…
