It is all in the fine print somewhere. Whenever you use any sort of software, there is an offer to let you read the rules and a button that lets you say "I Agree" without having to read it all. Do you know anyone who reads it? It is not like they give you any choice if you need or want the use

Legally, I believe that qualifies as a "Contract of Adhesion". Which is illegal and specifically forbidden. Both parties must be fully informed and freely enter into said contract... Failure to inform one party, or coerce entry, voids any contract. But, I only observe and judge, not advise. YMMV
