Summer hit all the sudden. Im working outside to get this radiator in
this car and get trailer ready for a cross country hauling trip. I can
only work out for about 20-30 minutes at a time before coming inside
to cool off, which I am doing now. For the record, the radiator is out
of the 210. Took less than 10 minutes. Maybe 5.

I don’t like doing any kind of car related work between may and September.
It’s way too hot, even with a fan.

I replaced the driver’s door weatherstripping on the 95 E300D on Sunday. It’s

It's only 115 today. Don't think I'll need a sweater, though.
My AC is doing fine. I have a 65 degree delta T, but the only issue is that
it that once in awhile it still kinda does that failing into a mid position
where I get the cold air out of all the cabin orificies.

We agree on that. She would get up at 3:30 or so to work out because it was
still cool - about 110 or so. Ever wonder why different parts of the world
made progress in different ways at different times - A few months of that
each year would change some things here also. Son said that the low triple
digit temps were pretty easy to get used to - beats being a country over and
getting shot at.

145...that's insane! and I thought 125 going through Death Valley a few
years ago in the middle of summer was bad ( actually it was nice and cool
inside the van with both AC's cranking, but when we stepped out to take
pictures the first time, we both scalded our hands on the door handles and I
just about passed out)

With 145 deg air temp, can you imagine what surface temps were in direct
sunlight

145...that's insane! and I thought 125 going through Death Valley a few
years ago in the middle of summer was bad ( actually it was nice and
cool inside the van with both AC's cranking, but when we stepped out to
take pictures the first time, we both scalded our hands on the door
handles and I just about passed out)

With 145 deg air temp, can you imagine what surface temps were in direct
sunlight

Water Wetter rocks. Back in the day the treads on that used to be as good as
the oil treads.

Bob...how do you handle it? Why it barely reached 113 here.

Speaking of.I threw a bottle of Water Wetter in today and saw the
temp drop about 3 degrees as compared to yesterday. (went to 2 notches
below 100, stop and go with A/C on) That stuff works!

I'll trade you that nice dry 116 for a sticky humid 90 any day. at least
you can hide in the shade and it does some good.
