Many, many years ago, I owned a Harley 3 wheel vehicle that was purpose built and sold as a meter maid vehicle. It had the Harley 45 Cubic inch flat head engine and was equipped with a reverse gear which was very convenient. The box on the back was about waist high and made to hold "cop stuff". I
