I completed an engine swap on a 2002 BMW 525i that I had bought in an auction, replacement was sold as a running engine out of a 325 series car. I guess, I got most everything done right. Have been driving it for at least 5 years now. No issues with the replacement engine. Previous engine had coolant leak into the oil and the car sat for about 6 months, cam was badly rusted on top.
