Michelin is voluntarily recalling 100,000 tires after a retailer discovered
that some had holes and quickly deflated.
The recall affects certain sizes of Michelin's LTX M/S 2, X Radial LT2 and

They plug it from the INSIDE then put a patch over the plug, That will
hold up fine. You should deal with it, those screws will eventually work
out or through and leave you with a flat at the most inopportune time or
place.
