Cool. Here's another snake rhyme:
Red next to black, friend of Jack.
Red next to yellow, kills a fellow.
This is the difference between a Coral snake and a, hmm, I forget - King
snake??
Please, don't trust this with your life, I could have it wrong.

Crocodile Hunter, you are missed.

The coral snake is NOT a pit viper, but its bite will still kill you quite
dead. Those of us growing up here in Texas learned these lessons early. Well,
there were those who didn't...but they're mostly no longer in the gene pool.
Think -- PIT viper. Wonder why? 'Cause it has pits on
Coral snakes were endemic in Fiji but no one ever died from getting bitten
because they DO NOT BITE - ever. Or so they told me...

I think that might be round eyes, safe and pointed eyes, dead.

Copperhead, just ever so slightly poisonous
I suspect Luther to be having fun with the city boys here. In
fact it appears to be a black snake. Note the color and how slim the
head and tail is. The constrictor effect - the way it wraps around
I thought it was just a rat or chicken snake, they do eat eggs and small
chickens, though they are good to have around the farm to keep mice and
rats in check.
