Towing with ML500. Hauled some stuff to my friend’s barn in my 8x12 trailer. Worked great. Yay me another tow vehicle.
I started up the 78 300CD I keep there. Put a good battery in it, glowed twice and it fired right off. It has been sitting for a few months. No telling how old that fuel is but it ran fine. I might have added some last summer. Coolant had leaked out, probably a bad hose or something. I poured some more in to give it a little drive around the farm. It was full but gauge said it got hot. Popped the top and it was not particularly warm so maybe there’s some air in it. I added a bit more.
