Another phony baloney Euro-US hybrid.
Crank windows
Silly outdated climate control
Old fashioned PIA hubcaps
Euro bumpers with US headlights WTF

Hubcaps are a royal PIA when changing tires, and they look old fashioned.
Bundts are always attractive, even on my W111 coupe

Way overpriced considering the above.
As far as I'm concerned, the first three items in your list adds
value. And it's NOT an '85 and both luggage rack crossbars

Counting against it are the cloth seats, small tires,

With manual windows, you need to live in some little town where no one
bothers to lock their doors. Then you can leave windows down and the
worst that happens is

I agree, I think its euro also. I noticed a few other differences besides the
hubcaps: Curved euro trailer hitch, no nets on seat backs, 2 piece bumper
rubber, no wood in shifter console, white dipstick, no front fan which probably
means no A/C (optional in europe). The antenna is either
Brilliant powers of observation. I doubt any USA models were sipped
without the factory ACC pushbutton controls. Could this have been a
European delivery car? Would they have sold a car with Euro specs to a
buyer intent on shipping it back after his vacation?

Someone should ask the seller to explain these anomalies.

Don't know about the euro part but it does have a turbo, you can
see the intake bow. It does have SLS as you can see the pump on
the front of the engine and you can also see the hoses going to
and from the pump just behind the radiator on the left side. Also
just a little bit of the SLS
Probably EUro or RTW version. Probably made without SLS, probably
NON-turbo, as Euros were NA. I think turbos were mostly NorteAmerika
and Japan markets.
By design they MUST have an SLS pump, unless this particular one was
modified for standard rear shocks.
On Thu, Feb 5, 2015 at 10:30
That's true - the SLS reservoir may be in either front corner of the
engine bay and was not part of the photo frame.
All USA models had power windows, although there is a slight chance the
crank windows could have been special ordered. The speedo and bumpers are
US spec. I don't have the link
Unusual, yes. Euro, probably. SLS, can't see full engine bay, reservoir may
be extreme front on passenger side, out of view.
One would need the vehicle data card to find out how it was equipped when it
left the factory to know what is original, what has been modified.
