You don't - stay with the original radios. Get a Bluetooth speaker if you
want to listen to media from your phone. Don't answer the phone, even hands
free while you're driving. It's your lack of attention, not your hands that
cause accidents.

I also listen to podcasts far more often than radio or music, especially on
a long road trip (download an audio book or two) and Blue Tooth
I see a few of these at PnP. Too high tech for me.
