They can all have the spring perch issue but the 210 has it the most. I have seen 124s with the issue. It's really not a big deal unless it happens while driving down the road. If you keep and eye on it there should not be any surprises. The new part is about $30 and just have somebody weld it

Electronics are another weak spot (week weak), as well as wiring harness insulation that disintegrates (I think). A 210 in good running condition that has been driven more and fixed correctly should have worked through all those failures. I'd be suspicious that such a low mileage example
