I would like to find one of the scanners that would read my car's DTCs. Looks
like there are a number of different ones out there.
I like the smaller hand held ones as opposed to the beasts like the SnapOn
MT2500, plus you need to purchase all sorts of keys and personality modules

My car was built right at the transition to OBDII, so I need to look under the
dash and see if there is a connector.
I'll be under it this weekend, so I will try to remember to look then.

I ask because there were some late 95 models that did get them.

How did you pull codes? Did you use one of the LED setups I see people
making?
Also, does anyone know of a source that lists all of the DST codes?
I see bits and pieces around the Web, but there doesn't seem to be a concise

Yep, that's right, not all the signals are available on the OBDII connector, as
not everything is on the CAN bus(ses)... But they are all wired into the 37 pin
OBD connector

From what I have been able to discover, there are some signals present at the
38 pin connector that can be read by the ODBII reader, but they are limited.
I have seen the LED readers that you can build to read the DTC codes from the
connector, but haven't had a chance to try one.
