I'm on vacation at my cabin back in the woods until Wednesday folks, don't burn the house down while I'm gone. -Curt Date: Thu, 01 Sep 2005 17:45:58 -0400 From: Jeff Zedic [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [MBZ] OT: New England Listers - everybody else can ignore To: Mercedes mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Message-ID: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed How about a Massa-Q? I live in Gardner, MA which is pretty much the center of New England and was thinking of hosting a Rustyq/Okieq type get together. No clever names yet. Basics: Place: Dunns Pond State Park, Gardner, MA. The state charges a $5/car parking fee which I'm going to see if I can get waived or reduced for MB drivers. The park is fairly small but has a nice pond and picnic area. In the vicinity is Mt. Wachusett which you can drive up and see all the way to Boston ('bout 50 miles) on a clear day. When: Late September or early October. Right now I'm bandying about Sept 24th or Oct 1 depending on response. Who: MB Enthusiasts. What: Meet some new people, stand/sit around talk cars and whatever else comes to mind. Eat some barbeque.
