We took the Viking Route....Just a 4 burner, all Gas, self-cleaning, no dual fuel, no sealed burners (they're a PIA to keep clean). Store would not sell/install it unless we had a hood (vented outside) to go with it due to high output burners. Neither would our contractor who did our kitchen.
The Wolfes were nice, too, but we were trying to stay away from all the electronic crap. IIRC, the wolfe was her 2'nd choice.
