Wise choice Sunil..........You could pull the tranny, rebuild it yourself 
and sell the car for more in less time than it would take to part it with a 
busy schedule such as yours.  It IS really amazing how much time it can take 
to part out one whole car.......Then you have the carcass to get rid of...
  Does the car still have the VO conversion or did it not ever have one?
