That's a carrier landing.  I used to fly EAL from BOS-DCA a lot. The last bit of the approach is down the Potomac river, lots of jinking around then the runway was short too.  Those ex-Naval Aviators knew how to plant those 727s on that strip, it was always an adventure. -_FT On 6/12/20
