I had to look up what EVOO was...
I use mostly olive oil, never cared too much if it was EV or just fine, perhaps
my palate isn't developed enough to care. I'm pretty lazy about seasoning, wipe
a good coating of olive oil, or shortening or whatever is handy into the pan,
get it warm and call
Car talk guys say EVOO is good oil for cars. They are of course eyetalian.
