Should be good for over 350k miles with proper maintenance. Cycle it through 4 high, 4 low, every month, they have a tendency to fail  if not used. They have a near cult following, not unlike Mercedes classics. Take the Toyota and $1,500- $2,000 in trade, and you have a fair deal.
