had a similar situation several years ago with a Toyota Sienna minivan
(which got replaced by the E320 as soon as all kids were out of car
seats). Only problem was the dissimilar tire diameters were constantly
setting off the tire pressure idiot light.

On our 2000 Honda CRV, the tires are probably 1/3 tread remaining or
less. We have a nail in one of the tires, so I put on the spare which
has about 100% tread.
The difference in tire diameter is clear, but how big a deal will this
be?
Having unequal tread heights is a great way to burn out a differential. But
it takes time (hundreds, maybe thousands of miles). So what you may want to
do is use the spare, buy a matching tire and mount that on the other side.
Or you can go hog wild and replace them all.
