The one that always gets me is "I'll call you back". They never call you back... I've gotten to the point where I'm so surprised if somebody actually does call me back that I want to speak to their supervisor and give a positive review. I want to reward that behavior so that it happens again.

I should have. Getting nowhere on the phone with Lowes. First I have to fight through the robot "assistant" that answers to get to talk to a person, then I get transfered to "the person who can help you" and they don't pick up and the call bounces back to the robot. Can't wait for more and more
