Bottom Line Up Front: study found that HCL (my acronym) can reduce death from COVID-19 by 50%. Think about that: we could be at around 65k deaths here in the US, instead of around 130k. Note that this study was in a hospital setting, and the authors are also performing a study on prophylactic use of HCL.
