I have Ryobi and Makita cordless drills. The Makita loses its charge
sitting; the Ryobi works a couple MONTHS on a charge and cost me 1/3 that
of the Makita.

What do you have for cordless tools already? That is pretty much what dictates
which one to buy. Why buy new batteries?
