Yep, it's the "tappita" sound. Initial thought, before I considered that it is probably overhead cam, was that it was lifters not getting oil right away. At any rate, it sounds like something is not getting oil right away, as the sound fades out in about 1 - 3 seconds.

I think that the dealer adjusted the valves not too many thouand miles ago. At any rate, they don't say there's anything wrong with the car.
