I know I have found a few things on older cars that use 13/16, but I
can't remember what they are. I have always carried a 13/16 in my
110/111 tool sets. Not something needed for most usual service.
My guess is that the 20.6mm if the bolt size and the 20.8 is the
wrench size. 0,02 mm is the

Glow/spark plug wrench. I'm guessing that the 20.8mm rather
than the nominal 13/16" or 20.64mm is to handle tolerances. The
old 13/16" has a +/- figure, maybe the extra 0.16mm was to account
for that. Nothing worse than a wrench that won't quite go on!
