Took a harder look at it during a smoke break...it is gold. Now, it WAS all the way in and I adjusted it out and it is fine. EXCEPT that my idle is too low. Question: Is too low an idle ALWAYS the idle adjust screw or could it be the throttle linkages? (or both)? What do you adjust the

You should look at the manual for this job and see the proper lengths to adust the rods to. You adjust them so that the linkage hits the full load stop with the pedal to the floor. Do you have the sevice manula on CD?
