My first Merc was an '76 300-D w115. Purchased it in CT, and with only a wash
oil change, drove it straight through to TX, where it was registered, and used
as my only car for three years.
Drove great, smooth ride. Totally converted me to a diesel-head after that.
The rust is coming through
