Sharpie marks with anything I replace on the car with the mileage and date, when space permits. If you pul a filter on one of my cars it will have the mileage it was installed at and the date. And it gets entered in the database with date, time, cost and part information. Example from the

The lumbar bladder, NOT the orthopedic one that has like 5 different sections, is a piece of cake to replace. You can do it through the back cover, which comes off with a couple of screws at the bottom and then just pulling down to remove it. With the back cover off you can see the old one.

Just finished this job, second time I’ve done it, first time was on the S500 coupe, this time on the 1994 S420. I bought the special offset wrench for removing the top mount bolt, as it’s buried under the manifolds. Best $15 I ever spent for a special tool for this job. It made it go much
