That is correct. I had the powerco come and run a new line to the house for 300A service. They came off the transformer on the pole with new line, ran it to a junction box, then ran new underground line to my meter box (which a powerco guy I know had given me off his truck a coupla years

If it's attached to your building, it's yours. The Tri-plex from the transformer to the edge of your building is theirs. If a truck hits the overhead Tri-plex where it crosses the road, and the Tri-plex yanks the conduit off your house, it's your problem. Mitch.
