No recourse, sold as-is, where-is. It’s in the terms. They are just the service
that brings the parties together, the deal is ultimately between seller and
buyer. They have no exposure.

They are however a source of classic cars that may be difficult to find
which makes them a pretty easy way to watch for something that you like

My advice, for what it is worth, is to forget the car.
Enjoy looking at one if you see it on the street or at a car show but
don't buy it unless you have the financial resources such that you can
