I used to get offers around 1.2 cents for Chase Ultimate Rewards and
Amex Member Rewards.

Looks like OK doesn't have a law to force them to. That sucks. I don't
understand why states would allow an employer to promise something and not
deliver.

that's by state. I've been carrying 6 weeks of PTO for 15 years. Its my
emergency layoff fund.
