that should stop it if something did get in and is using that. My
computer at home shows no infections though. I do hope it doesn't
happen any more.

Likely someone else who has you in THEIR address book got some malware, and is
now sending spam with forged the headers.
Or it was harvested from an archive or forum you've posted to.

Looking at the To line, his account appears to have been hacked. Some dirt
bag guessed his password or he clicked on a bad link in web based mail and got
a java script bug.
