Square trade is associated with eBay and used as a mediation service to
remedy complaints. There is some recourse is you actually use eBay, I
am not sure what there is all by itself. You do pay for the service.
I used it with no success on the POS SDL purchase. the seller allowed
the time
I assume this is a scam. Has anyone seen something similar on Craigslist? Is
Square Deal real? The car in question is a '95 320SL I saw on the Detroit list.

Sounds like a major scam to me. Aside from the usual scam red flags, why
would anyone provide free shipping by airplane which would cost them
about 3 or 4 times what they could get for the car.
Craigslist has a link to forward scams related to their site to, might
want to send this one along.
