There are some joints and links down low on the pass side of the motor
that go back to the tranny (I think). I had one of these come loose a
few months ago and the throttle was sticking as the link jammed (mad for
a fun ride home). Lubed everything, and adjusted the link, works much
better
could just need to be lubbed. Lube all the joints with ATF and see how
free it moves. If that doesnt work need to look further into the problem.
